SUNYConnect
"SUNYConnect
provides this database. SUNYConnect is a multi-year, university-wide project
that will create what is commonly called a virtual library to meet the information
needs of SUNY's students and faculty well into the new millenium. The project
was initiated by SUNY's library directors and is coordinated by the SUNY
Office of Library & Information Services. In addition to providing databases
such as this one, SUNYConnect is preparing to provide a common library automation
system for all SUNY institutions that will make it much easier for users
to identify and borrow library materials from any SUNY library." - Larry
