Troubleshooting Off-Campus Access Problems


Access to the Library's databases is restricted to current FLCC students, faculty and staff with valid FLCC computer accounts.


If authentication failed because you forgot your FLCC NETWORK username or password:

STUDENTS:

You are using your FLCC computer network username and password to access the Library's databases. Your network username and password is the same as your WebAdvisor account.

If you can't remember your WebAdvisor account information, you can retrieve your account information by clicking on the Guest Access link located at: https://webadvisor.flcc.edu. Follow the User Account information/prompts on the screen.

FACULTY AND STAFF:

You are using your FLCC computer network username and password to access the Library's databases. Your network account (which is the same as your e-mail account), is provided through the computing department.

Enable popups

  • Some databases require that popup windows be enabled. Remember to re-enable the popup blocker when your session is complete.
